The foundations are a reinforced concrete slab on a layer of gravel, to make a thermal connexion with the soil, as if it were an accumulator of heat or cold.

To give them a perfect combination we have chosen stainless steel hinges from Ocáriz 1981.

Each house will have sliding panels with wooden slats, specially angled as to give the right kind of shade to the glazing in summer. On the ground floor, shade will be given by fixed and movable panels in a metal structure with wooden layers, the fixed panels will be within the walls with metal frameworks and filled with steel slats, painted in white. On the first floor, there will be movable panels in a metal structure with metal slats.

To be able to offer that personal touch, all extendable cloth sun shields for the terraces, will be available in the colour of your choice.
