* Each home has a 30 cm reinforced concrete structure.

Exterior carpentry

The carpentry used in white lacquered aluminium with crossbeams and resistant profile.

- We are installing climatic style glazing with sound and heat proofing.

Stairs and Entrances to homes

Each building in the complex has a four-person lift (THYSEENKRUPP) which includes direct access to the garage..

The area around the stairway and entrances has top quality flooring in 40*60 cm polished and shined national marble.

The gates to the residential complex have been decorated to the style of the development, always with an eye to detail and image, one example being the mailboxes framed in oak.


Hot water will be produced through a central gas water heater with an individual consumption metre.

Interior Tiling

The walling in wet places (kitchen and washroom) will be tiled in the kitchen: top quality plain light-coloured tiles with decorative ribbing. In bathrooms: top quality national marble with in-built mirror. Ceilings in the living room, bedroom and corridor will be white plaster moulds.

To offer maximum security in your home we have installed a SECURITEXA reinforced front door.

The rest of the doors will be with stained glass in the living room and kitchen yet all will be in solid white DM
