Information and Insurance

* All information required by the act R.D. 515/1989 of 21-04-89 is available to the public in the offices of Casavalle Inmobiliaria S.L.
•* The furniture that appears in the plans is simply for information purposes, excepting the kitchen which corresponds with the furnishings to be installed (around 4 metres of upper and lower furnishings, in which the shown electrical appliances will be installed).
*Any amount laid down as a deposit, according to contract, and any payments during the period of construction are guaranteed according to the law (Ley 57/1968 of 27- 07- 68) with an insurance policy taken out by the seller.
