Building Specifications

Kitchen Furniture

Installation of kitchen furniture housing a washing machine, a fridge, a dish washer, a ceramic hob, extractor bell and oven. All electrical appliances are made by Bosch.

Covering

Covering of the horizontal and vertical surfaces of the façade with cement mortar. Covering interior of walls and ceilings with sprayed plaster. Removable plaster sheets in the false ceilings in the toilet and one bathroom. Plaster sheets in the false3 ceiling in areas where they are required by the installations. The bathroom, toilet and kitchen walls finished in the highest quality of tiling. Marble floor in the living room, bathrooms, corridor and hall. Stoneware flooring in bathrooms and the kitchen. Porcelain stoneware tiles in the solarium, entrance porch and patio. Limestone weathering pieces on windows.

Interior Carpentry

Imitation rustic wood metal security front door with iron fittings. Interior doors of chipboard covered by wood and varnished. Front of built-in wardrobes, with the same type of door as the interior ones.

Aluminium Carpentry and blinds

Sliding exterior windows in white aluminium, European profile. Balcony doors of the same type as the windows. Blinds with sheets of aluminium Double glazing in windows and balcony doors.

Information and insurance

All information required by the act R.D. 515/1989 of 21-04-89 is available for the public in the offices of Casavalle Inmobilaria, S.L. The furnishing that appears in the plans is purely for information purposes. Any amounts laid down as a deposit, depending on your contract, and any payment made during the period of construction will be guaranteed under the act 57/1968 of 27- 07- 68 by an insurance policy taken out by the seller.

Ironwork

Metallic railing on terrace with black paint finish. Balconies and grating of the same type as the railings.

Bathrooms

Roca single lever taps. White Roca bathroom fittings.

Fixtures

Hot water from an electric water heater holding 100 litres. Hot/cold pump air conditioning on the first floor and split system in the living room on the ground floor. Electrical appliances, television and telephone brand NIESSEN. Connexions for telephone and TV in the living room and bedrooms. Paint

Plain matt paint in all interiors. Stone-coloured paint on the façade.
