The new Monturque Industrial Estate is in the geographical centre of Andalusia, at an equal distance from the main towns in the region: Seville, Malaga, Cordoba and Granada. Its immediate access from the Monturque-Cabra exit, from the A-45 dual carriageway, links it to a modern network of roads in Andalusia leading to a growing market of 10 million consumers.

The development offers over 155,000 m2 of surface for industrial uses, with an approximate capacity for 276 industrial installations with minimum lots of 500 m2 each, and will be developed in 3 phases. The first phase will see the areas for industrial use being developed and the second and third phases will be dedicated to services and facilities on offer.
