  • What are the functions of a Community administrator?

The administrator is responsible for:

a) Making sure everything in the building works well, the installations and services, and make the necessary comments and warnings to the owners so that this may continue to be so.

b) Preparing in due time and presenting to the property owners the plan of foreseeable costs and proposing the measures needed to be able to cover them.

c) Attending to the conservation and maintenance of the building, making repairs and taking measures that are urgently required, immediately informing the president of the community or the owners themselves.

d) Executing the agreements adopted in repairs etc. and carrying out the payments and charging the money required.

e) Acting, if required, as the Secretary to the board of property owners and as custodian, under the orders of the owners, of the community documents.

f) All other powers given him by the board of property owners.
