  • What does the customer need to contract electricity and water supplies?

It should be pointed out that the supply companies differ depending on where the developments are, and they establish they documents they need to connect a supply. However, there are common elements for contracting these supplies and they are listed below:

Contracting an electricity supply:

On contracting this supply, make sure its enough to cover the needs of the home but must never exceed the power foreseen in the Installation Bulletin. The documents necessary are the following:

- The electric installations Bulletin that you will receive from the developer.

- The sales deeds for the property.

- National Identity Document (Company Registration Number, copy of the document of activity and power of attorney, in the case of companies) of the person who will be responsible for the account.

- Bank account data, if you wish to pay for the service through the bank. br />
- An indication of the lighting and electrical appliances you are thinking of using in order to calculate the necessary wattage.


Contracting the water supply:

La documentación que se debe aportar es la siguiente:

- The water installation bulletin that the promoter will give you.

- The sales deeds for the property.

- National Identity Document (Company Registration Number, copy of the document of activity and power of attorney, in the case of companies) of the person who will be responsible for the account.

- Bank account data, if you wish to pay for the service through the bank.

The documents should be presented in the offices of the company in question (unless they offer the possibility of formalising the contract by phone).
